*you looked at me, and you smiled from deep within, no hidden thoughts, just sincerity*
What's five minutes when it makes my day? What's five minutes when that little action is enough to tell me that I have you back. What's five minutes when that moment is etched in my head. What's five minutes when that's all it takes to put a smile on my face when I saw it on yours, and that's when I knew you are still you.
It makes me happy thinking that for even the shortest moment of moments you were free from damaging thoughts of work and stress, and to see that smile it's like looking through the glass and seeing you for the first time. Brings back a lot of memories of when you used to smile at me, not just in any manner, rather something that came from your heart. I do not know if you would ever know that, or ever realize that that is exactly what you do but just so you know, I notice it. And for a moment I thought that you lost that spark. To see it again today, it really made my day. Nothing could dampen my spirits, despite the fact that we had only five minutes.
Need I stress that that five minutes,( some may wonder, it's not the actual time that I recorded, more like what it felt like to be) was special because it really felt like before, when it could be directed to any other but instead you chose me. And what's more is you made me feel happy. Even a whole day being with you sometimes cannot bring me that effect, maybe because you're not free, and maybe because I feel that you have something on your mind, and that puts me in a position where I may not be at ease as well. See how much a difference can make. A small action can turn into hours of positivity, something that I needed much. After everything that I have been through, what with you and all that. Though it may seem as an insignificant something, it's these small things that makes it a wonder at all.
So when you smile, I do too.
